Anxiety Relief Blend Food Topper- Dry Herb
WPW’s Anxiety Food Topper is perfect for dogs and cats with separation anxiety and general anxiety. Small batch and handcrafted by a certified Master Pet Herbalist to encourage pets to calm their negative response to stress and encourage meaningful rest. This is not to be used for immediate relief but a natural way to build up a consistent and long lasting relief from anxiety or stress.

Each 3 oz jar has approximately 72- ¼ teaspoon servings or 36 day supply for 20 lbs worth of weight
You may cut the dose or add to the dose to meet the recommended dosage for your weight of the pet.
Active Ingredients:
Valerian Root- Known to improve sleep with sedative-like properties and reduce anxiety/stress by releasing GABA in the brain. Relaxes muscles and improves mood. Also known to calm the gastrointestinal tract due to stress related issues such as IBS symptoms.
Passion Flower Herb- Known to have natural sedative-like properties and release GABA in the brain to reduce anxiety, stress, and insomnia symptoms. Has pain relief properties as well as properties that can help lower blood pressure.
Chamomile- Classic calming and relaxing effects as well as an anti-inflammatory herb.
For Chronic, acute, or long term conditions: You can split the recommended dosage in two parts: half dose in the morning and half dose in the evening. For chronic and long term, follow the recommended 5 days of dosing then 2 days rest for as long as the pet needs. This is recommended for dogs with diagnosed long term ailments.
How long to see results and what if I am not seeing desired results: Results vary case by case, some see improvement in a couple days while others can take 2-3 weeks for maximum benefit. If you do not see improvement in that time frame you can increase the dosage up to 50% (I recommend starting at 25% and go to 50% if you don’t see improvement after another week). If the condition does not improve, I recommend seeing your trusted veterinarian to explore any underlying illness or injury that may need more aggressive, conventional medicine.
Can I give herbal remedies to my pet on medications: The short answer is yes, most herbal remedies will not interfere with prescription medications.
